FIRST MATCH HANSACUP 2026 
Bergen Basketball Festival is played over two weekends. Both weekends start with matches on Friday afternoon at 4 p.m. In the classes U13, U14, U15, U16 and U17, all teams must expect to play matches on Friday. Matches can be played on Friday evenings until 11 p.m.

Weekend 1 – Finals on Sunday, April 19

  • U17 Boys – 10:10
  • U16/17 Girls – 11:15

  • U14 Girls – 13:30
  • U14 Boys – 14:40
  • U15 Girls – 15:50
  • U15 Boys – 17:00

Weekend 2 – Finals on Saturday, April 26

  • U12 Girls – 12:00
  • U12 Boys – 13:00
  • Wheelchair – 14:00
  • U13 Girls – 15:00
  • U13 Boys – 16:00

  • Important: Final times will not be changed, so it is essential that traveling teams take their respective final times into account when planning their return trips.  



TRAVEL TIPS TO BERGEN
We recommend all visiting teams to book flights and train tickets well in advance. Then you often achieve favorable prices. Youth tickets with SAS, Widerøe and the code "Under 26" with Norwegian.

The airlines increase from mid-March a reduced winter capacity with more departures from April. From the main arena, Haukelandshallen, you should calculate approx. 30 minutes travel using the Bybanen from Haukelandshallen (Kronstad) to Bergen Airport Flesland.

Traincompany VY takes 6-7 hours on the train journey from Oslo to Bergen. From Haukelandshallen, one should calculate 10 minutes with the Bybanen from Kronstad to Nonneseter (Railway station).

The roads "over the mountain" to Bergen are getting better and by the end of April it should be easy to drive to Bergen from Oslo in 6.5 - 7 hours.
